Roles & Responsibilities: PDTX (Per Diem Therapy Xperts) is a healthcare staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Palo Alto, CA (skilled nursing facility). Deliver OT treatment under the plan of care set by the supervising OT; train patients in ADLs, fine motor and functional skills; track and report progress to the OT; complete accurate daily documentation; educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques. Requirements: Active California OTA/COTA license.
