Roles & Responsibilities: PDTX (Per Diem Therapy Xperts) is a healthcare staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in North Adam, MA (skilled nursing facility). Deliver OT treatment under the plan of care set by the supervising OT; train patients in ADLs, fine motor and functional skills; track and report progress to the OT; complete accurate daily documentation; educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques. Requirements: active Massachusetts OTA/COTA license; current CPR/BLS | Location: North Adam, Massachusetts · skilled nursing facility · Permanent full-time position · 8:00 AM-4:30 PM shift | Rates: $32–$40/hr | Benefits: Not provided by employer
