Roles & Responsibilities: PDTX (Per Diem Therapy Xperts) is a healthcare staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client for an Occupational Therapist (OT) in East Palo Alto, CA (school district). Assess students and write OT goals for fine motor, sensory and self-care skills; provide services per IEPs (pull-out, push-in and consult); attend IEP meetings; keep documentation and progress reports current; collaborate with teachers, staff and families.
