Roles & Responsibilities: PDTX (Per Diem Therapy Xperts) is a healthcare staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client for an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Kingsburg, CA (skilled nursing facility). Perform OT evaluations and re-evaluations; develop and implement plans of care for ADLs, functional mobility and cognition; supervise COTAs as applicable; recommend adaptive equipment; complete compliant documentation; collaborate with the IDT and educate patients and caregivers. Requirements: Active California OT license (NBCOT).
