Roles & Responsibilities: PDTX (Per Diem Therapy Xperts) is a healthcare staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client for an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Pittsfield, MA (skilled nursing facility). Perform OT evaluations and re-evaluations; develop and implement plans of care for ADLs, functional mobility and cognition; supervise COTAs per Massachusetts rules; recommend adaptive equipment; complete compliant documentation; collaborate with the IDT and educate patients and caregivers. Requirements: active Massachusetts OT license (NBCOT); current CPR/BLS | Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts · skilled nursing facility · Permanent full-time position · 8:00 AM-4:30 PM shift | Rates: $42–$48/hr | Benefits: Not provided by employer
