Roles & Responsibilities: PDTX (Per Diem Therapy Xperts) is a healthcare staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client for an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Unity, NH (skilled nursing facility). Perform OT evaluations and re-evaluations; develop and implement plans of care for ADLs, functional mobility and cognition; supervise COTAs per New Hampshire rules; recommend adaptive equipment; complete compliant documentation; collaborate with the IDT and educate patients and caregivers. Requirements: active New Hampshire OT license (NBCOT); current CPR/BLS | Location: Unity, New Hampshire · skilled nursing facility · Permanent full-time position · 8:00 AM-4:30 PM shift | Rates: $37–$39.50/hr | Benefits: Not provided by employer
