Roles & Responsibilities: PDTX (Per Diem Therapy Xperts) is a healthcare staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client for an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Harrisburg, PA (skilled nursing facility). Perform OT evaluations and re-evaluations; develop and implement plans of care for ADLs, functional mobility and cognition; supervise COTAs per Pennsylvania rules; recommend adaptive equipment; complete compliant documentation; collaborate with the IDT and educate patients and caregivers.
