Roles & Responsibilities: PDTX (Per Diem Therapy Xperts) is a healthcare staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Greenbrae, CA (skilled nursing facility). Deliver treatment under the plan of care set by the supervising PT; provide therapeutic exercise, gait and functional mobility training; track and report patient progress to the PT; complete accurate daily documentation; educate patients and families on safety and home programs. Requirements: Active California PTA license.
