Roles & Responsibilities: PDTX (Per Diem Therapy Xperts) is a healthcare staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Cuyahoga Falls, OH (skilled nursing facility). Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders; develop and update plans of care; perform dysphagia management and diet recommendations; complete compliant documentation; collaborate with the IDT and educate patients and families. Requirements: Active Ohio SLP license (ASHA CCC preferred).
